So, how does this actually work?
Buy your stone vessel once. Drop in a matching wax refill, light it, and enjoy. When it’s finished, replace the wax—not the vessel. It’s that simple.
Wait, I don’t have to buy the vessel again?
That’s the whole idea. Your hand-cast stone vessel is made to stay. The wax is what you replace. Less waste, less spending, more of the good stuff.
Can I burn a refill on its own?
Nope. Every refill is designed for its matching-size SCENT SUPPLY vessel. Never light a refill on its own or inside its shipping packaging.
How do I know which refill fits?
Just match the size. Mini refills fit Mini vessels, Medium fits Medium, and Large fits Large. Pick any available scent in your size.
Do I have to melt or pour any wax?
Not a drop. There’s no melting or pouring required. Once your previous candle is finished and completely cool, follow the replacement instructions and add a fresh refill.
Can I switch scents whenever I refill?
Absolutely. Go from the sunlit garden freshness of POMODORO to the warm, welcoming mood of LOBBY No 2. Same vessel, completely different feeling.
How long does each refill burn?
Mini burns approximately 15 hours, Medium 25 hours, and Large 45 hours. Actual burn time varies with use and care. Read our candle care guide.
What’s actually in the refill?
A blend of coconut apricot and soy wax, scented with our premium fragrance oils and paired with 100% cotton wicks. All the candle goodness, made to fit your reusable stone vessel.
Do I have to sign up for Refill Club?
Not at all. Buy a refill whenever you feel like it, or choose Refill Club for savings on every refill. Skip, pause, or cancel anytime.
Can I buy more refills at a discount?
Yes. Many of our customers prefer to stock up on wax refills. They store easily in the cupboard, ready to pop in before your next gathering or party. Join Refill Club to save 15% on every refill.
Can I buy just the empty stone vessel?
Of course. Choose “Empty vessel only” when building your set, then add a matching refill whenever you’re ready. New vessel designs and collections are on the way, each made to fit the same refill sizes, so you can change the look of your candle and make it a statement piece.
